Prathyaksh Shetty is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. He began his career by recruiting for a top multinational corporation, where he played a key role in volume hiring, university recruitment and premium business school hiring.

Venturing into entrepreneurship, Prathyaksh co-founded Wolves, a recruiting agency. At Wolves, he excelled in building teams for medium to large-scale sectors in Technology, Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance. His expertise has been instrumental in setting up multiple turnkey Global Capability Centres (GCC) over the years.

Following the acquisition of Wolves by upGrad, Prathyaksh continued his entrepreneurial journey by co-founding a corporate gifting company called Locally Groomed and now AddAptech, an Executive Search and Talent Advisory Partner, further cementing his leadership in the industry.

Prathyaksh holds a postgraduate degree in Journalism & Mass Communication from Manipal University and a graduate degree in Business Administration from Mangalore University.
